MONTHLY REPORT & BUDGET meeting

Every month via FaceTime, Skype or phone (your preference), we will review 3 reports: Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Statement of Cash Flows. Analysis of these reports will provide a clear understanding of the financial health of your business as well give you the opportunity to discuss any questions or concerns you may have. 

Weekly & monthly bank reconciliation 

Each week your bank feed and banking line items will be monitored to ensure the proper categorization of line items. A monthly bank reconciliation will also be completed.

Annual BENCH-MARKING

Have a clear understanding of how your business is performing compared to others in the same industry, and ensure you maintain a competitive edge.

Annual PROFIT PLANNING

Based on the revenue and expenses for your business, we will analyze your financial data annually and work together to create a road map for increased profitability for your business. We will determine what can be improved to create even more revenue while minimizing expenses to result in an even larger profit.
